Using several in my own kitchen I can confidently say these are some of the best value for money vs performance out of all of the knives we sell. They sharpen well and have a noticeable matt steel finish with a brilliant cutting edge for the cost. We particularly love the petite handles on the veggie knives as it makes them super easy to handle. The contoured handle of these knives feel great in the hand.
