Used regularly, before the edges of your knives become dull, the Handheld Sharpener is a great way to maintain the sharpness of your knives, and using one couldn’t be easier…
Firstly, you’ll need to add water to the reservoir near the ceramic wheels.
Once that’s full, simply place the knife through the guides on the sharpener and onto the ceramic wheels (the guides create the perfect 15-18 degrees required for the perfect blade).
Then, pinch the blade down against the wheels, apply a small amount of pressure, and simply rock the knife backwards and forwards five or six times.
That’s it. Job done.
