The sharpening steel with black plastic handle and practical hanging ring is a suitable and user-friendly tool for sharpening knives. The 26cm rod is made of ribbed, high carbonised and hard chrome-plated steel with a hardness of approximately 62 Rockwell and ensures a good degree of sharpness. The handle of this sharpening rod is made of ergonomically shaped plastic for optimal handling. This means that the knife sharpener sits securely and in the hand during use without slipping. After sharpening, the knife is ready for use again and can handle all cutting tasks.
