RYDA A-30 KNIVES
Designed for the "Pinch Grip"
The Ryda A-30 knife collection is designed around comfort, balance, and efficient everyday performance for chefs who naturally work with a pinch grip. Rather than focusing on heavy construction or decorative detail, the series places emphasis on lightweight handling, control, and reducing discomfort during long periods of prep.
Each blade is constructed from three-layer steel with an AUS-10 core, a respected stainless steel known for its balance of sharpness, edge retention, and ease of maintenance. Hardened to approximately 60 HRC and vacuum treated for added durability, the A-30 blades are designed to feel precise while remaining practical to sharpen when needed. Paired with a stabilised walnut wood handle, the range combines professional usability with a warm, natural finish.
