The Nakiri knife is a Japanese style vegetable knife that looks like a smaller and slimmer version of a meat cleaver. Featuring a large rectangular shape with a very sharp edge; the Nakiri blade is the best tool for cutting large vegetables such as aubergine, squash and pumpkin.
