The Chef range from Lion Sabatier is an introduction into the world of Sabatier.

Made entirely in Thiers, France, each knife is formed from a single piece of high quality stainless steel, and undergoes a series of processes, many of which are done by human hand.

The bolster is lightweight aluminium, giving protection and adding balance to the POM handle, which is secured by three brass through-rivets.

The perfectly precise geometry and sharp blade is a delight to use.
