The small bag is perfect for sous vide cooking and marinating food to grill. Use is simple - fill up the bag, zip close, and attach the smart vacuum pump (sold separately). Once in place, the pump extracts the air in seconds until the desired vacuum is achieved. To seal, press the push button on the red silicone valve. Aromas and vitamins are locked in and the food stays fresh for up to five times longer. The vacuum bags can also store prepped slow-cooking ingredients and each have an ID via a QR code.
