The slim blade of the slicing knife measures 20 cm. It slices raw as well as cooked meat. The chef's knife has a wide 20 cm-long blade. It enables many cutting techniques, such as for the fine chopping of vegetables or herbs.
The knives of the ZWILLING® Pro series win users over with their precision and functionality. The blade is precision-forged from a single piece of steel. It is made of a special steel, which offers the perfect combination of corrosion resistance and hardness. The handle is ergonomically shaped. Three visible rivets hold the durable plastic handle shells onto the blade which extends into the handle – the tang. The weight distribution between the handle and blade is well balanced.
