The ZWILLING Gourmet range features the Chef's knife Compact with a blade length of just 140 mm. It is used in its compact form for cutting, dividing, chopping meat, fish, vegetables and herbs.
The 140 mm long FRIODUR blade is ice-hardened and makes the knife light, corrosion-resistant and yet flexible. Its outstanding material properties are the result of a perfectly balanced chromium and carbon content of ZWILLING special steel. The handle is made of high-quality plastic in the classic three-rivet design and is easy to clean and, in conjunction with the integrated tang of the knife, ensures a pleasant balance that enables you to cut quickly and accurately.
With its straightforward appearance and the laser-engraved ZWILLING logo on the centre rivet, the compact chef's knife also meets the aesthetic demands that chefs place on their knives.
