The will house knives with up to a 23cm long blade, and up to approximately 4.5cm wide.
The two slots to the front left on all versions are specifically for shorter vegetable/utility knives, and have an in-built stop for them. Longer thinner knives will still fit these slots.
These block are made in their entirety in-house, by our sister company and are therefore totally exclusive to us - you will not find these anywhere else.
Available as a single depth 5 or 6 slot, or a double thickness 8, 10 or 12 slot.
